公司行动

数据集标识：ref.corporate_actions；证券对象标识示例：000001.SZ

已实施且有除权日的公司行动。一个方案中的多个分配拆成多行，用 event_group_id 关联；数量按「每 old_quantity 单位得 new_quantity 单位」读，现金按每 1 单位读。action_type 的语义与 replaces_holding 的取值固定。

业务主键：event_id、ex_date、available_at，每行取值唯一。

请求参数

可在请求体 where 中作为 field 使用的筛选参数，名称保持契约原名。

参数名	类型	必填	说明
`asset_id`	`string`	否	标的标识，例如 XSHE:000001。
`start_date`	`date`	否	按除权日筛选，查询开始日期，包含该日。
`end_date`	`date`	否	按除权日筛选，查询结束日期，包含该日。

返回字段

列名保持契约原名，可直接用于 select、where 与结果行。

`effective_date`	生效日	`date`	是	换股、合并等事件的生效日；分红送转为空。
`old_quantity`	原持有数量	`decimal`	是	比例的分母；现金事件为空。
`new_quantity`	所得数量	`decimal`	是	比例的分子；现金事件为空。
`received_asset_id`	所得标的	`string`	是	所得单位的 asset_id；现金事件为空。
`replaces_holding`	是否替换持仓	`boolean`	否	所得是否替换原持仓，由 action_type 决定。
`cash_amount`	每单位现金	`decimal`	是	每 1 单位的现金金额。
`cash_currency`	现金币种	`string`	是	现金金额的币种，ISO 4217。
`cash_tax_basis`	现金口径	`string`	是	gross 税前，net 税后。
`subscription_price`	认购价	`decimal`	是	配股每单位认购价。
`subscription_currency`	认购币种	`string`	是	认购价的币种，ISO 4217。
`ex_reference_price`	除权参考价	`decimal`	是	交易所公布的除权参考价；未取得时为空。
`participation_ratio`	参与分配比例	`decimal`	是	差异化分派时参与分配的股本占总股本的比例，由公布的除权参考价反解，是估计值；标准分派或未判定时为空。
`price_currency`	价格币种	`string`	否	除权参考价的币种，ISO 4217。
`action_status`	事件状态	`string`	否	announced 已公告，approved 已批准，implemented 已实施，cancelled 已取消。
`available_at`	可知时间	`timestamp`	否	该行信息首次可知的时刻（UTC）。回溯取证的行取取证时刻，不代表事件的公告时刻，公告日期见 announcement_date。更正以新行表达，按查询时点取不晚于它的最新一行。
`is_retracted`	是否撤回	`boolean`	否	该行是否撤回此前同键的行；撤回行自其可知时间起使该记录在时点视图中消失。
`basis_document`	依据文件	`string`	否	该行的依据：交易所公告或来源端点。
`evidence_sha256`	依据原件哈希	`string`	是	依据原件内容的 sha256；尚未取得原件时为空。
`verification_status`	核验状态	`string`	否	verified 已有官方依据原件，unverified 尚未取得；取自第三方来源的行为 unverified。
